The Minnesota State High School League
The Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) exists to provide competitive, equitable, and uniform opportunities for students to learn valuable lessons through participation in athletics and fine arts. The MSHSL provides member schools (e.g. St. Croix Prep) with programs that address sportsmanship, chemical health, and scholarship recognition. For more information, please visit the MSHSL Website. MSHSL Sports Qualifying Physical Examination Form, signed and turned into the Main Office. This physical is required to be completed every three years.
MSHSL Eligibility Form is required every year and can be completed when registering for your team on FeePay.
MSHSL Health Questionnaire is required every year and can be completed when registering for your team on FeePay.
